Greencross Pet Wellness Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Garrett Lewis as Chief Executive – Vet Services, following an extensive global recruitment process.
Garrett joins Greencross with a decade of senior leadership experience in the North American veterinary services industry. Most recently, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Bond Vet, a high-growth veterinary group headquartered in New York.
Prior to this, Garrett spent seven years with VCA Inc in Los Angeles, where he held a range of senior executive roles. These included Chief Operating Officer, overseeing more than 900 hospitals and 30,000 employees across North America; Senior Vice President, responsible for talent acquisition, marketing and other support functions; and Group Vice President, managing a multi-state division of 130 General Practice and Specialty & Emergency veterinary sites.
Garrett brings a proven track record of driving sustained growth in multi-site veterinary businesses, with deep expertise in operational execution, talent management and scaling high-performing networks.
